Fully Furnished room with private en-suite bathroom. Available January 15th, possibly sooner. Looking for a female student interested in renting a room in our cozy, friendly home. The house is located close to downtown in funky Fernwood. Our small family lives upstairs and there are 4 rooms (including this one) rented to other female students. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, closet, mini fridge and microwave and other misc kitchen appliances. The house environment is friendly, respectful and quiet. The rent includes all utilities, WIFI, and laundry. If you are interested, we would appreciate information about yourself, and your expectations regarding renting a room.
