Hello, I have a beautiful, large room for rent with attached bathroom to include a shower/tub/sink/toilet/linen cupboard. I am an active lady with a lovable labradoodle, you get to share in my home which is close to transit, near the beach, great walking/hiking, cycling, horse back riding and beach activities in my area, off-street parking. My house is 8 years young! I require references, damage deposit, this is a monthly rental, not a long lease, no pets please as I have a dog thanks. Perfect for travellers, snowbirds, nurses, out of town employees etc!
