Hello, I am looking to rent to one person in a two-bedroom suite in the Gorge area, available July 15th or August 1st. Rent is $1050 + 45 for internet + utilities (approx $60 per month) and $525 security deposit. I am in my early 30's and I am looking for someone in the 22-35 age range. The room is 10.9 x 12.10 feet and has a walk in closet that is 11.6 x 9.7 feet. It has a spacious and bright living space. Coin operated laundry is in the building. The place is right along bus routes to Camosun College and UVIC # 11, 8 and a 10 minute walk away to bus # 21, 22, 26. 5 minute bike ride away to the galloping goose and 15 minute bike ride to downtown. Your roommate will be me and my cat named Phillip. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. A little about me: I work full-time for the provincial government and in my free time I enjoy going for bike rides, gardening when it is warm, and reading.
