Looking for a dog sitter in lieu of cheap rent. You'll have the place to your self while I'm in camp on a 20/10 schedule. Looking for non smoker. Small cat considered if it's ok with kids and my beast. $580 with wifi and 50/50 hydro ( last bill was 75 dollars for 2 months). Rooms 10x12 roughly and furnished with a single bed, desk, and closet. There is a back yard with a patio and furniture. I'll have my son on days off where his room is next to the rented room. Looking for immediate possession. Dd deposit required along with a pet deposit if bringing a cat. Ring security system front and back.
