Month to month or longer term lease We can only accept one roommate per our lease agreement with the landlord. Bedroom has a good size closet; bathroom has shower/tub, toilet and a single sink with drawer storage, and heated floors -Shared furnished kitchen with dishwasher -Shared furnished living room -Shared patio with extra standing freezer -Shared in unit washer and dryer -Off street and street parking available We are a couple in their late 20s looking for a short or long term roommate.
