I would say this bedroom is easily twice as big as the other rooms in the suite. Rent includes utilities + internet Furniture included Washer/Dryer in-unit Each bedroom has locking door Kitchen has all the basic neccesities Great location for cyclists(right off galloping goose trail) Driveway parking available for 1 car, if you don't mind parking close to a wall. 2min away from bus stop for 22 + 51 5-10min walk away from Groceries and many more buses(Tillicum center) Cleaning schedule helps maintain the common areas - each tenant is required to spend about 10 minutes/week completing their cleaning duty(it rotates) Sorry, no pets Deposit $435 My wife has a respiratory issue and is very sensitive to smoke(tobacco or otherwise). We would request that smokers(even those that wouldn’t smoke on the property) respect this and refrain from applying. We are looking to provide a clean and quiet environment for everyone to enjoy. There are a total of 4 bedrooms(including this one) in the suite. Each room is limited to 1 tenant only as I feel like anymore would become too much for the sharing of 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. The price: Asking around for what a reasonable price would be in this insane market right now got me suggestions of everything from $800-$1000. I like money as much as the next guy, but I couldn’t bring myself to post a bedroom for $1000, so I landed on $875. That being said, that’s not set in stone. If you’re interested in the room but think it is worth more or less than the $875 , Sometimes people offer more, and sometimes I'm willing to accept less for the right tenant.(Although fair warning, I rarely consider anything beyond $50 below the posted rate) If you’re interested, please send me a message with a little bit about yourself.
