You'll have your own good-sized mini-fridge in the kitchen for your food. Access to shared laundry (new washer and dryer). WiFi and utilities included. About us: -We are a quiet couple in our 40s, non-partiers, covid-conscious, and like to communicate to make things work. -We value neatness and cleanliness while not being fastidiously clean. -Between the two of us, we like photography, bird-watching, gardening, hiking, and travel. -We want this to be positive for everyone! Shared spaces: Kitchen, bathroom, dining table, front portico, yard. We are looking for someone who is: -Quiet, as one of us works shift work and sometimes needs to sleep during the day. -Non-partying, non-smoking (tobacco or marijuana) - no judgement, it's just that we are very sensitive to scents! -Neat and will clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. -COVID conscious as we will be sharing air space etc in our home. -Looking to rent long-term, or at least 6 months. -And of course, the basics - respectful and can collaborate on sharing common spaces :) Sorry, no pets (allergies!)
