Cervelo R2 Ultegra with Fast Forward F6R. It’s the rarer Ultegra variant (most are 105). 60 mm Carbon F6Rs with aluminum brake surface (best of both worlds). Got a 52T FSA crankset fitted but the stock compact comes with it. Strictly summer dry weather use, it is still on the original tires (I will supply two new in the box Continentals that I can fit for you). Very fast bike and in great condition. Measures 50cm C-T but is compact frame so I believe is the 54cm (I normally ride 54cm to 56cm). The R2 around $3000 new and F6Rs around $1500.
