Seeking a Special Someone to Join our space this Summer � Travelling and looking for a place to call home in Victoria for the summer months? Just landing in Vic and wanting an inexpensive place to land? Interested in living amongst Hummingbirds, Hares and Dragons, with a lush garden, large yard and dreamy clawfoot tub?? � We’re seeking a Subletter to stay in our semi furnished room (in our rental with two female roommates) in Oaklands for all of July and some of August. The price is a partial exchange arrangement to request help with pets and plants (hence the reduced price - room is normally $900 + utilities). More suitable for a single person (open to discussing couples but for an increased rate).
