Rent a room by the week in December. Save on hotel or air bnb costs and settle into this little oasis, 15 min bike or bus ride from downtown, walking distance to Camosun college and Royal Jubilee Hospital. We are 2 mins from the #14 bus. Room comes furnished with everything you need to feel cozy. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable livingroom, office space with desk and comfy chair, lovely bathroom with clawfoot tub and a wild and serene backyard. Rentals (and prices) are on the following weeks: Dec 3-9 (open to adding 1st and 2nd if needed) $600s/$750d Dec 10-16 $600s/$750d Dec 17-23 $600s/$750d Dec 24 -30 $750s/$900d (You will have the entire apartment for some of this week, I will only be here for a couple of days s = single d = double occupancy *Willing to negotiate price for someone staying longer than one week, and/or someone not in need of the kitchen at all Terms: Contract for house agreements is needed along with a 50% deposit (returned upon departure if all items are in room, no damage, and no excessive use of heat - heat must be used moderately and turned down when leaving the room to depart the house).
