I'm hoping to find someone that will be open to cross referrals and starting a peer supervision group once a month at the office. The office is located on the second floor of the "Mercantile Building" at 2020B Douglas Street. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, access to single occupant restrooms, water, and a microwave. The office has two large windows that face west and provide lots of natural light, and both mountain and sunset views. Both of the windows open offering great airflow. The unit has baseboard heating. Cost & Availability: Monday Full Day $200 for 1 full day/week per month Tuesday Morning (until 1:00pm) *flexible $125 for 1 half day/week per month Wednesday Morning (until 2:00pm) $125 for 1 half day/week per month Thursday Morning (until 1:30pm) *flexible $125 for 1 full day/week per month Friday Evening (from 2:30pm) *flexible $125 for 1 half day/week per month Saturday $175 for 1 full day/week per month My priority is to find folks that can rent multiple days or time slots (rent negotiable).
