One bedroom in my 3 bedroom townhouse. It is a 189 square foot bedroom with an ocean view and your own personal private 10x5 foot sun deck facing the ocean. It is a quiet neighborhood. The yard has lovely gardens and is located walking distance to shopping. Quiet dog or other animal may be considered. I am female and live alone, I would prefer a female roommate. I am quiet, clean, tidy, friendly but keep mostly to myself and expect the same. I don’t smoke anything but I sometimes cook with lots of garlic and onions. I play the World of Warcraft video game and I have a cat. I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital.
