Hello, my name is Chloe. I’m a responsible, respectful tenant and a single mom returning to full-time work in August after completing a 12-month maternity leave. My daughter will be starting daycare at that time, and I’m excited to resume my role with a local construction company, where I’ve been employed in construction management for the past four years. We’re hoping to find a 2–3 bedroom, 1–2 bathroom rental with a small outdoor space, ideally located in Saanich, View Royal, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, or downtown, as I’d like to stay close to work and daycare.
