My husband and I are looking for long-term rental accommodation with a flexible move-in date between August 1 and September 1. We’re both working professionals in our mid to late 30s, I’m a biologist with a local conservation organization, and my husband is a Red Seal carpenter. We have two well-behaved, medium-sized dogs (blue heelers, 30 lbs and 40 lbs) who come to work with me during the day and are rarely left alone at home. We're quiet tenants, non-smokers, non-drinkers, and are seeking an unfurnished unit. We’ve lived in our current home for over three years and are moving due to our landlords reoccupying the suite.
