Room for Rent - Available July 1st $1000/month all inclusive unfurnished or furnished (depending on needs) private room for rent in furnished ground floor suite of family home. Rent includes utilities (water, heat, electricity, garbage, compost, wifi, streaming TV services) shared use of downstairs common areas (bathroom, kitchen, family/dining room, laundry) to be shared with one other friendly senior male roommate & occasionally my son (University student) & I. Typically though, my son & I spend most our time in our upstairs suite. Shared space includes shared use of: -Bathroom -Laundry (front loading HE washer & dryer shared with other roommate) -Fully stocked Kitchen (incl. appliances, dishes, utensils, bakeware, storage containers, toaster, crockpot, Kuerig coffee pot, electric tea kettle, dish towels, cookbooks, pots & pans and more... Food is not included) -Family Room/Dining Room (incl. furniture, 60” TV, FireTV with streaming TV services) -Shared use of yard (incl. veggie & fruit gardens, fire pit, lawn chairs etc) Located near Peatt Rd Fire Hall in Langford it's walking distance to bus routes, highway access, grocery stores, & lots of amenities. 10 min drive to Royal Roads University & Victoria General Hospital. We are looking for a laid back, quiet person who is respectful of sharing a space with others & will follow the basic house rules in place to ensure everyone's comfort & security. 420 Friendly, No pets, Smoking outdoor in designated areas only.
