Seeking a long term rental in Victoria beginning June 1 for us and our two (fixed, indoor) rescues! We have great references. About us: Mature public service employees who enjoy outdoor activities and occasional socializing. I work full time from home and my partner is in the process of finding new municipal work in Victoria (moving from Nanaimo, have lived in Vic before). Our ideal rental: James Bay/Fairfield/Rockland/Fernwood/Oaklands/West Oak Bay, open to Vic West. Two (or more) bedrooms, above ground (preferably upper level), some yard space/deck/balcony. No smaller than 800sqft and looking to pay under $2500/mo utilities included. Please reach out if you are looking for trustworthy tenants!
