Room Available – June 1st, 2025 (maybe sooner) Perhaps you are looking for a safe place to land until you find the right home for you or you are just in Victoria for a few months....or in a bit of a transition chapter… or perhaps you want to stick around for the long term... whatever your scenario....this is a great place to live! It took a lot of hard work to create such a wonderful dynamic! We are all in our 30's and 40’s and pretty quiet and independent folks. Those who live here are all gems and have been here as long as 5 years and the shortest duration is 3 years (besides our wonderful short-term roomies that we have stay with us for a few months) so it’s a clear indication this environment works well and we're all on the same page :) The house is in Gordon Head near Hollydene beach Room available - $950 per month including all utilities Sharing a bathroom with only one other person The room has a bed/night stand/lamp and I can probably provide bedding. There is the possibility of it being unfurnished as well. Open to suggestions for the right fit. Prefer not to have another vehicle onsite (but not a deal breaker) Sorry, no furry friends due to allergies
