Hello there, The Queer Care Collective is a group of counsellors, coaches, and bodyworkers creating a warm space for body and psyche healers on the Lekwungen and surrounding territories (aka 'Victoria', BC). We each operate our businesses independently and co-create a shared space. We are located at 888 Fort Street. Our office space includes a private shower, non-gendered washrooms, wheel chair accessibility, windows that open in most offices, warm lighting, and a private kitchen. We are searching for a community minded person who is passionate about their practice and looking for a space to feel comfortable to practice from an authentic place. We are currently prioritizing BIPOC practitioners, disabled folks, and body workers. Your rental includes 24/7 access to your office, access to an internal referral network and community events, as well as listing on our website to promote your practice. As we are a collective of individual businesses, all renters are required to hold both a business license with the City of Victoria in addition to Professional Liability Insurance and General Commercial Liability Insurance. The Offering: We have 1 unfurnished office with a window available for rent on year long lease basis. We are offering year long leases with the option to renew and 3 months notice required to request to renew the lease. There is an option to purchase some or all of the furnishings in the office, please let us know if you are interested in this when responding to the ad. Measuring: 13.5’ x 9’ office with a very large outdoor and indoor window.
