$1,500 · Roommate wanted

I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bed/2 bath condo in Harris Green for August 1st. The room is the master, with a large closet and private bathroom. The unit is on the 10th floor, has in suite laundry, big balcony, north facing view so lots of natural light. It is just shy of 1100sqft. The building has a gym and sauna as well. The cat in the pictures no longer lives with me but I will be getting a cat myself soon so unfortunately I can’t accommodate someone with allergies. I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20s/30s. I’m 24, work full time, and spend most of my free time with my friends or at home cooking/watching tv/ unwinding. Rent is $1500/month (utilities and internet included).
