Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my two-bedroom, one bath apartment at Cedar Hill Cross Rd and Richmond Rd near Mt Tolmie. The top floor unit is located in the Fraser Tolmie Apartment complex. The room is available from September 1, 2024, until April 30, 2025. The rent is $1600.00 per month including heat and water. All other utilities (hydro/internet) would be divided. The apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, and lots of closet space. Shared laundry facilities are located in the building. The unit is partially furnished (bedroom not furnished) with a balcony and courtyard views. The building is conveniently located, a 15-minute walk to UVic and directly on bus routes to UVic and downtown. Parking is available for an extra monthly cost. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed.
