I am a working professional looking for a long term rental for myself and two kiddos ages 11, 8. I am a previous homeowner and have excellent references. We are a friendly, queit, clean and respectful family who make great neighbors. We have flexibility on timeline to move and are looking for a home that has been updated- (nice bathtub is a must). We enjoy the outdoors and gardening and yard work. We are flexible as location but top choice would be Gorge/View Royal/Esquimalt areas. Looking forward to meeting you and seeing your lovely home.
