This is a beautiful, large, very quiet, water views, fully furnished 1 half of a Modular Home. It includes wifi, cable, telephone, hydro and water. It has a small fridge and microwave. My tenant of 7 years also bought himself a toaster, toaster oven and utensils, large cutting board. Absolutely NO HOT PLATES. I am a very quiet homebody who expects someone who is quiet and clean and tidy too. In exchange for low rent I would really like someone who likes some gardening and some maintenance. Someone who may be retired, but not a prerequisite. All pictures would be you're space only.
