Hello potential roommate!! I currently have 1 room available my home. Looking for clean, respectful and responsible people only. Work visas and exchange students welcome! I've previously rented to folks from Italy, Australia, France, Asia, Brazil and the UK. I'm Canadian myself and while I was born in Alberta, I grew up in BC. Looking primarily for short to medium term tenants (4 -12 months preferred). The room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk, chair etc. (see last photo). It is $800 per month and includes Wi-Fi, hydro, laundry and use of the main house space etc. The house includes one full bathroom to share as well as a large kitchen/living space to share. There is an in-suite laundry room with space for bike storage and a basin sink. Free parking out front and along the street. Please note this is a non-smoking house, and no pets are allowed unfortunately. Smoking outside is permitted at the front of the residence.
