We are seeking another female who is quiet and respectful. We also have 1 small dog and 1 small cat. Bathroom and kitchen area shared. Outdoor patio area. In suite laundry. Can ask about an extra parking spot if needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Sooke. Close by bus stops and grocery stores. The 1 bedroom is available for $900.00 plus a 3rd of the cost of Hydro, Fortis gas, and internet. So approximately $985.45 with everything included a month.
