$300 · Visiting? Need a place to stay for a week or two while you land?

Hey folks! Beautiful (furnished) room in heritage house available on a weekly or monthly basis, only for July and August. Located in Oaklands close to 4 grocery stores, Royal Jubilee Hospital and a 15 minute bus or bike ride to downtown. Lovely backyard to hang out, walking trails nearby and sweet creatures to accompany you while you're here. Looking for someone who's clean, considerate and kind. Doesn't smoke and doesn't have any pets. I also have a bunch of allergies (dairy, eggs, gluten etc.) so this would be best suited for someone who doesn't eat at home often or who doesn't mind avoiding these allergies. Willing to discuss a reduction if staying longer than 2 weeks. $300/week includes all amenities.
