Festilight is looking to share our Warehouse space month to month. We have a full office area that is under utilized and we would love a tenant to take over the space as an office, workshop or even for storage. There are lots of potential uses and we are all ears. Sadly there is no parking atm but we may be able to make a space available for an additional cost. 50% of Telus wifi and security are to be shared. What we share spacewise, bathroom and kitchen area. The rest is yours to do with as you please. We would just need access to our warehouse bay doors 24/7 which are through the office area. First and last month rent will be required in order to hold the space. Book an appointment! We are very open to ideas and will want to work with someone we can easily get along with.
