Hello! We’re a family of three—my wife, our 5-year-old child, and myself—seeking a place to call home starting February 1st. I’m an apprentice electrician working hard to build a brighter future for my family, but with limited income, we’re hoping to find an affordable living situation. What We’re Looking For: Type of Accommodation: A place with a garden or outdoor space would be ideal. We’re open to co-living arrangements with another family or individuals, as long as the space is safe and welcoming for a young child. Budget: Around $1,700/month, preferably with utilities included. Location: Close to John Stubbs Elementary (Colwood area), to make drop-offs and pick-ups manageable for my wife. About Us: We’re non-drinkers and non-smokers, but we’re completely fine if you drink or smoke responsibly. I’m hardworking and resilient—happy to sleep on a cot if needed. My wife is a dedicated mother who currently stays home to care for our child and handle school logistics. Our child is kind, respectful, and loves playing outdoors. We value maintaining a clean and peaceful living environment. We’re also happy to contribute to a co-living arrangement by helping with gardening, light maintenance, or household chores.
