We are looking for a quiet, respectful tenant for a ground level bachelor suite in our family home. The unfurnished suite is $1200/mth ($1150 for rent + $50 towards reasonable use of utilities). Internet and shared laundry included. Available Jan 1st (not earlier). Suitable for one person only. We are located in a convenient, quiet residential Gordon Head location which is a 10-minute bike ride to Uvic and close to bus stops. The self-contained suite is a large, clean and cozy ground level room with big windows, plenty of natural light, kitchen and separate entrance. The fridge in the ad has been replaced with a regular apartment sized one (larger than the one in the photos). We require a 1-year lease. Previous landlord references, work references and credit check are required. No pets or smoking of any kind (no exceptions). Applicants are asked to respond to ad with information about yourself. Please indicate if you do not require parking as preference may be given to tenants without a car to minimize traffic in the neighbourhood.
