Project 28 Foot Bayliner "Victoria".

This boat does not have engine or leg for inboard/outboard power installed at all. Will not float until leg installed or transom plugged. Needs new flooring and two stringers. As well, needs appliances and electrics etc. It is a good hull, with solid partitions, bathroom and upholstered bench seats intact. fuel tank, windows, railings etc all good. Steering wheel not present. NOT in running order or for those without experience and money to spend on renovations!
