FREE: Barred Bantam Cochin Rooster

Free barred bantam cochin rooster. Hatched Labour Day weekend 2024. Hatched out of a shipped egg from Ontario for a barred cochin project, but I need space for this year hatches, so can only keep one of the 2 that hatched, this for SOP I like the other one more. Proven breeder this year (arguably too much as I ended up with some accidental cross breeds out of him and his brother). He is on the larger side of bantams and is very protective of his hens, but is not mean to people. Would be good protector or a free range flock. Located in Central Saanich. I will be attending the Coombs Fair this weekend, forest fire permitting. So I could bring him up on my way, but as he is not entered in the fair, he would need to be picked up from the fairgrounds on Thursday.
