This is a stunning example of a top of the line 1st generation Subaru Outback. It looks better than most cars half its age, and runs at least as well as it looks. Just had the complete head gasket process done less than a month ago, as well as new brakes and wheel bearings and windshield. Report Card: Body - a solid 9.5/10, factory rust-proofed, so bears none of the unsightly oxidization marks. Paint gleams when waxed, just a few minor scratches here and there and one small ding (see photo). Mechanical - 9.9/10 - had a thorough going over just over a month ago, head gaskets done at that point, as well as everything else it needed at the time. it's a car that will not need any work for a long long time. Aesthetic and Interior - 9/10 Leather is supple and soft with no cracks or stains, windshield is brand new, all the power and safety options (heated seats, heated mirrors and windshield,dual power sunroofs, new airconditioning, cruise control etc.) are in good working order.
