It's made by the company Blue-Box. It is basically quite similar to the old table top hockey games in the that the players are controlled with two dial/knob controllers at each end. One controls by turning or spinning 6 of the players simultaneously and the other 5 players. The smaller dial in the middle at each end is for keeping score. The players are mounted on bases which fit into cogs in the game. I haven't mounted all the players but I did try the dials and both sides and all 4 work perfectly turning the 22 total players cogs. The box is approximately 23 1/2" long and 12" wide The game is complete except for a couple of the spare parts it came with. It has both of the original steel balls, both nets and the white fencing that goes around the entire game board. The 4 pieces shown fold on about 1/3 of each to wrap around the ends. The instructions are on the back of the box in English, German, French and Spanish. It came with 24 player bases, 12 for each team and there is one blue one missing. Of course you only use 11 per side in the game. It came with enough of the plastic players to make 4 teams with a spare on each, so a total of 48 (24 red and 24 blue) but there is one blue one missing. The decals are stuck on both sides of the player pieces for the front and back. Two of the teams are stuck on and the other two are still in unused sheets. There is one blue player missing but still 11 players for the blue team. The individual players have a small peg that fit into the game bases and can obviously be removed. 4 of the players are broken off their bases but could be glued back on. Also a few of the extra players have broken off their bases but two still have them and could be glue back on. It looks like another has already been glued. You can see all those in the photos. The actual player pieces don't "kick" the ball, it is struck with the protruding pieces on each base. The box cover is not in great condition with lots of damage and wear in spots and some clear tape on it. It's a fairly thin cardboard that is more like a sleeve that goes over the blank inner box that holds the game. The inner box is heavier cardboard and is in great condition.
