Skills & Qualifications: Experience leading a team of Tool Makers Valid DL and own vehicle High level of expertise using Verisurf, Mastercam, Geomagic, VX Element, and Office 365 software. Proficient in navigating ERP systems, Polyworks, EDrawings, Solidworks, Catia, and Insight software. Competent at laying out, setting up, machining, fitting, and finishing a variety of metals, alloys, and plastics. Basic welding and brazing skills for tooling purposes Competent in rigging and using overhead cranes Forklift operation experience Ability to create from drawings Red Seal Journeyman Tool Maker Aviation or aerospace experience preferred Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Tool Makers Design, construct, and repair aircraft parts, tooling and other components from various materials utilizing conventional and CNC equipment as well as CAD software Program CNC equipment Comprehend the specifications of a product by reviewing drawings, samples, and instructions.
