Found - Tortoiseshell female cat

Caught on 28 October, although has been roaming the Rocky Point/ Pedder Bay area for at least 6 weeks. Very friendly, but very emaciated small female tortoiseshell. Behaves like she was an indoor cat--does not seem interested in any more outdoor time. Snaggletooth. Pale tip on the end of tail. Was wearing a distinctive collar, but is not chipped or tattooed. Would dearly like to return her to her family.
