Buying a new one, changing décor. This is a Micro Suede fabric reclining sofa. One side is electric the other is manual because I broke it, but it works. It is in good condition, no pets, no stains. All the seat backs remove for easy moving. The location is just a couple of steps to the front door and only 3 steps to the side walk. Bring your truck and help to move, we can not help.
