JTF Security is accepting applications for retail guard positions in the Langford area on Vancouver Island! This job starts before the transit runs. We are looking to fill morning shifts from 5 am to 1 pm with passionate and reliable security guards that possess the following abilities: Critical thinking and problem solving Ability to maintain positive client and public relations Can work independently or as a member of a team Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety Basic experience with report writing Strong observation skills Good time-management skills Amazing interpersonal and communication skills All JTF Security Guards are required to hold a valid British Columbia Security License, have access to a smartphone with data while on shift, and be capable of standing or walking for extended periods of time (when required).
