It holds 5 measuring cups, 40 ounces. “Teacups” are 6 oz, so it’s a “6 cup” teapot. There is no manufacturer stated on it. Well made, thick double-walled to stay hot longer. It weighs about 1.5 pounds and it is a well designed spout, it does not drip! I did a “heat retention” test, putting boiling water (200F) water in it. After an hour it was 157F. After 1.5 hrs it was 17F and after 2 hours 140F. According to the web: “the preferred drinking temperature of coffee or tea is specified in the literature as 120-140F”. So even after 2 hours it is just at the recommended drinking temperature. Stays hot longer than you need it to likely!
