Vintage 1940's cookie jar is from American Bisque Pottery and was very lovingly used over the decades. Highly sought after collectable for Cookie jar enthusiasts. Definite wear on the painted colour areas, actual jar is cracked as you can see around the cat's paws and possibly in one other area. Great for display but not for use anymore. *Cross posted other sites*
