Position:Client Relations/Project Coordinator Company: BCRS Road Safe Location: Mission Salary: 55K-65K Job Type: Part-Time (On-Site and On-Road) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 12pm (with flexibility required for coverage) Training: Initial training schedule will vary Position Overview:BCRS Road Safe is seeking a motivated and organized Client Relations/Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting dispatch operations and maintaining strong client relationships, both on-site and on the road. No previous dispatching experience is required, but strong English communication skills, phone etiquette, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and a willingness to learn additional software are essential. Key Responsibilities: Office Operations: * Answer calls and emails from clients and field team members. * Meet client requirements for traffic control, information, issues, and safety concerns. * Contact clients for additional traffic control needs to maximize field team utilization. * Reassign field team members as required (e.g., time-off requests, sick days, no-shows,client needs, field team skills) and utilize subcontractors when necessary. * Assess current dispatch overview to ensure adequate field team coverage foroptimization. * Understand and utilize Traffic Management Plans to ensure accurate dispatch. * Maintain client, subcontractor, and field team databases, including TCP Certificateexpirations. * File dispatch program reports and forms, communicating findings with Operations. * Perform various administrative duties, including data entry (e.g., new hires and clients)into the dispatching program. * Relay information to and gather information from the field team (e.g., reminders,information, changes, weekend availability).Client Relations: * Act as a point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. * Build and foster client relationships to ensure their needs are met while securingcontinuous sales growth. * Provide pricing or service agreements to clients upon request. * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. * Coordinate with the Dispatch Team and the TMP Department to determine needs withexisting clients.Growth & Strategy: * Identify new clients in the region through online searches, scouting, and referrals. * Input client activities into the CRM system to help plan, prioritize, and assist cross-department efforts. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify and grow opportunities within the region,ensuring timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to client needsand objectives. * Work independently and as part of a team to reach company operational goals within agiven timeframe. * Stay current on emerging companies, major projects, and industry trends, and shareintelligence with Sales and Operations. * Lead and drive forecasting for peak seasons. * Assist Senior Management with developing strategies, presentations, and proposals forexisting clients. * Record and track all metrics related to sales strategies; review and develop client serviceand retention plans. * Communicate client concerns on service and delivery to Operations during meetings toensure standards are met. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align market strategies with applicable businessobjectives for the portfolio.Additional Responsibilities: * Redirect inquiries to the appropriate department (e.g., media inquiries). * Escalate issues or conflicts to Operations when necessary. * Report any abuse or policy violations to Operations. * Attend safety meetings if required or discuss improvements that can be made to the fieldteam. * Support the Health & Safety program and social planning * Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Operations.Skills & Qualifications: * 2-3 years of experience in account maintenance, sales, or marketing with proven success;experience in the construction field is an asset. * Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Sales is considered an asset. * Ability to build and deliver metrics and reports. * Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at various levels. * Comprehensive knowledge of Traffic’s products and services. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools, Microsoft 365, Internet, and PC. * Experience delivering client-focused solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Join BCRS Road Safe and contribute to our mission of maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring effective dispatch operations.
