Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Solid understanding of auto body repair processes and techniques. • Familiarity with industry software and tools. • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
