Everything is 'as is'. These things are free because they all need cleaning and a bit of work. If you save me time - by only having to deal with one person coming and picking everything up - they are all yours for free. If you only want 1 item, then make me an offer for $. Red wooden ladder - very cute but wobbly Push mower - blades were sharpened last year, it was great! - this year one of the wheels has seized Garden umbrellas (2) and one stand - I think one has a broken rib/spoke.
