Painter Wanted

Victorian Painters is looking to add to their staff. We have 2 potential openings for various skill and experience levels. First Position: Someone with a lot of experience that can complete projects on their own, or leading a small crew. This position will hopefully be someone that can grow into their position to run operations for the company. Future profit shares available for the right person. This person MUST have a license and vehicle to get to jobs and carry tools, a work truck is available once they have proven to be a long term solution. Second Position: Someone with minimal experience (but has done some interior painting) that can be a helper on a job back rolling..etc, while learning the rest of the skills to develop their abilities. This position does not require a license, but it will be a bonus. Jobs are all over town, often not on transit paths and while rides may be available at times, the person hired must be able to get themselves to and from all job sites as required. Our company is a small one that grows in the summer hiring students and shrinks to the core staff in the offseason. We mostly do residential repaints and renovations with some new construction, and commercial renovations mixed in. Our crews are small, and we highly value people that will be on time consistently, communicate well, and are good to be around (both for coworkers and clients).
