In need for carpenter to close off 2 doors and 1 window

I am looking to renovate the exterior of the house (remove stucco, put on hardie) within the next year and am looking for a carpenter who can help me close off two doors & one window weather tight (no new stucco on there) - if at all possible? (one door and one window shown - inside and outside). I do not need any drywalling, just proper sealing of these openings. BONUS: I also have a two additional exterior doors that needs to be renewed as well before the siding company does their thing. These are things that can get done piece by piece, so I hope to find a carpenter who wants to take on something as small as this.
