Seeking unfurnished waterfront home for rent

Seeking Victoria-area home facing south or west -- South Oak Bay, Fairfield, James Bay, West Bay / Esquimalt, etc. I’m relocating to Victoria and seeking an unfurnished waterfront home rental for myself and my two senior litermate kitties (references available!) I'm looking for ideally a single home with direct ocean views facing south or west -- for sunset viewing. I need ample sun and private outdoor space for my potted garden and to enjoy BBQs (a large top floor balcony with access to a hose for plant watering could work). Also need at least 2 bedrooms with good closet space, an updated bathroom with tub, newer kitchen appliances to include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. I also require storage for my bike and other items. A fireplace would be a welcome bonus! As I stated, I am looking for a single home but would entertain an apt/condo only it was a penthouse, has the indoor and private outdoor space I noted, and has great ocean views I’m a financially-secure business professional with excellent rental history and great credit. I used to own and rent out my home so I know the importance of quality tenants. I’m looking to move Dec but will keep looking through next year until I find the right place.
