Hey there Looking for a unicorn I think…looking for a house rental anywhere south of the Malahat, ideally around $3000 a month, possibly more for the right place. A little about me and my situation…. my name is Frank, I’m 34, work steady overtime as a civil construction pipe layer. currently living in Duncan and doing the commute to langford is getting old. I’m looking for a place for myself, my father, my big dog, and I do have an outdoor/ indoor cat but I think I could make other arrangements for him if need be. my dad has been having seizures lately so I think it would be beneficial for him to move in with me. He is on a pension so guaranteed income. good references for everyone, pets included. I’ve been in my current place for 2+ years. Never late on rent. not a smoker or partier. animals are well behaved, have not caused any damage to my place. ready to move as soon as I secure a place and can give at least one month notice. have damage and pet deposit ready. if you’ve read this far and think we may be a good fit or have further questions please send an email and I’ll share my phone number from there.
