Housekeeper Position Available - Flexible and Supportive Arrangement

Job Summary: We are a professional couple in our mid-40s living in a comfortable home in Langford, BC, seeking a reliable and discreet woman to assist with housekeeping duties. This is a part-time role, ideally 3-4 hours per day (typically between 9 AM and 1 PM), with a minimum commitment of 20-30 hours per week. Duties include light cleaning, general housekeeping, laundry, bed changes, occasional dog brushing, and some meal preparation as needed. We're looking for someone organized, trustworthy, and with a positive attitude who can integrate seamlessly into our household routine. Pay: Compensation starts at $20 CAD per hour for standard housekeeping services. For those interested in a more comprehensive setup, we can offer up to $30 CAD per hour, depending on the scope and mutual fit. Live-in option: Additionally, we're flexible with a live-in option for the right person. This would include a private room, covered utilities, and groceries, plus a monthly stipend of $1,000-$2,000 based on the agreed-upon responsibilities. With only about 3 hours of daily housekeeping required, this leaves plenty of time for personal pursuits, such as studying, hobbies, or even another part/full-time job to supplement income.
