For sale is a fine working example of BD1 equipped with a Japanese Grace G-707 tonearm and a Japanese Nagaoka MP-11 cartridge. Since BD1 is a DIY kit (only the motor and platter), many variations in the plinth design and dust cover existed. The user must install a tonearm and cartridge.
