WANTED shop space/ garage / living space

Hi there, I'm looking to rent a small shop or garage for working on my classic car. I am also looking for a new place to call home for myself . Ideally both things would be in the same space but I am open any to offers of just one or the other as well .Open to apartments , suites , or even a small sized house. I am a plumber and could help with property repairs / maintenance / renos , yardwork , small carpentry jobs, or other work as partial exchange. I am a lifelong Victoria resident and can provide references upon request. I take pride in being organized and tidy and will do my best to treat your space as it was my own.
