Part Time Work Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 8pm $18hr to $30hr Langford Location PROGRAM DIRECTOR In In this Role You Will: • Be responsible for generating and managing all leads • Calling, Following Up on and booking Leads for our exiting Introductory Trial Program • Cold calling leads • Attending and managing Lead Generating Events • Taking all incoming lead calls and emails • Upload lead and information into our software • Teaching the Basic skills of Martial Arts • Contributes to team goals, works diligently and accomplishes related tasks • Maintain strong communication between our staff and students What We Are Looking For: • Excellent organization skills • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to learn and to become flexible • Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile • Strong data entry and administrative skills • Trustworthy and Reliable • Strong communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Individuals who can work well under pressure • Be willing to learn Martial Arts • Have experience in sales, coaching, personal training and two years martial arts training. MARTIAL ART INSTRUCTOR In In this Role: We are looking for a motivated and confident Instructor with a passion for martial arts to join our team. We require an instructor to teach and assist with teaching our Martial Arts classes who is committed to making a positive difference in our community. We are looking for a long-term relationship. You must have excellent communication skills and confidence working with adults and children of all ages and abilities. The right candidate will be energetic, friendly, approachable, confident, and looking for a career in Martial Arts. You must be physically fit and ready for a challenge at all times. You will be consistently learning new skills and improving all around. You will also receive ongoing training. Must enjoying working with adults and children to instill confidence, demonstrate respect and teach leadership. You must have the ability to learn and implement our curriculum. Responsibilities and Duties • Leading the Floor with Groups of students • Ability to demonstrate with proficiency martial arts skills from novice to advanced levels. • Leading classes and oversee progress of students • Help students prepare for Tests.
