Peninsula kayaking group

I would like to link up with other kayaking enthusiasts who are interested in heading out on various excursions around the south island or gulf islands for part of a day or a day. I am also looking for other kayakers who may like the challenge of pushing themselves in paddling for a longer workout rather than a leisurely paddle from point A to B.
